I’m not drinking it right now but I will soon. It was gifted to me by some close friends who are from Guatemala.

It's just tequila, usually blanco but I used Altos reposado, Topo Chico (or Mineragua), and lime juice. I like to add a couple drops of Angostura bitters.

Love the addition of the bitters! I have a chile bitter as well as a citrus lime bitter at the lake house that I’ll try with this.

The chile bitter is great in a tequilla style old fashioned!

Mimosa from a Kentucky Derby glass I didn’t go to. Went to Churchill Downs a few weeks after the derby. Might have been 30 people there. Cool to see tho

I’m kinda on board with this.

Beer culture can be a bit intimidating, so we understand why someone could feel pressured to pretend they like something they actually detest. Whether that be trying to down a Triple IPA even though you hate hops, or trying your friend’s favorite bourbon barrel aged stout when all you’re craving is a light pilsner. Even though everyone has different tastes, some Reddit users dislike certain beer styles so much that they are convinced that others must be pretending to enjoy them. So apparently,

I am definitely not a hop head but like Tripel and Quad Belgian Ales, don’t like sours, stay the hell away from bourbon barrel aged stouts and never let a light beer pass my lips.

I like mid range hops. No sours. No Gose. Not a fan of stouts and porters, etc. Not that I am jumping on any coors light bandwagon, but there is a difference between low calorie beers (think mich ultra) and true light beers (think Lite). Overall, I tend to lean towards lagers and pilsners. And I have to be in the mood for a hefe.

Shorter version of the article "We sent a 22 year old intern onto reddit. The resulting stupidity will SHOCK you". BREAKING NEWS! People have different tastes in beer!
