Elton's BBQ It's what th revered 'Ol Timers' drunk outta, when I was a baby boy, an I honour their memory, an pay them respect by doin likewise; keeps em alive, even if only in my mind, fer a minute, Brother...these were th Men that saved th World, as it were...their Memory, an their Heritage needs to be preserved by somebody...reckon I can step up to th Plate, when needs be... although, admittedly, I feel purty Puny, standin in their omnipresent shadows...

What a great gift, congratulations! I recently discovered Old Forester brand whiskey's on sale locally and bought a bottle of the same and was blown away with its taste and flavor profile. The history of the distillery and their products is worth the time to visit https://www.oldforester.com/products...n-bond-whisky/
I might add it to my next poultry brine. Can't go wrong IMO.

Not only am I a culinary expert, I am also a wine snob, as well as a chimney snob. Therefore, let it be known that I approve of ice in many types of wine glasses...as they are being consumed.Last edited by Panhead John; December 26, 2020, 09:03 PM.

Sorry no ice cubes. Maybe next time I'll try seltzer. I would definitely put ice cubes in milk. The problem is I'm lactose intolerant. So the outcome would be not to be pleasant for me or anyone in a couple of miles of me.

No Mason jar? Round these parts, reckon it never happened, then lol!
Cubes are best leftup to th level (or lack, thereof) of couth, sofistimacation, culture, an breedin one might have ever been exposed to, an we generally don't pick at such things, as we'uns share us a sip, some groceries, an converse bout Life, Family, etc...Last edited by Mr. Bones; December 28, 2020, 08:45 PM.
