A mosaic single hop ipa from a local brewery. Mosaic hops might be my favorite. Just threw the prime rib on the performer. It’s a small 3.5 pounder so shouldn’t take too long.

Not only am I a culinary expert, I am also a wine snob, as well as a chimney snob. Therefore, let it be known that I approve of ice in many types of wine glasses...as they are being consumed.

Sorry no ice cubes. Maybe next time I'll try seltzer. I would definitely put ice cubes in milk. The problem is I'm lactose intolerant. So the outcome would be not to be pleasant for me or anyone in a couple of miles of me.
