Enjoying one from the Central waters barrel aged series.

I have 8 of these cellaring for 3-5 years. I currently have I think 60 bourbon barrel aged beers in cellaring. Shooting for 100 bottles a year, then in 5 years, I should have a fantastic collection happening.

I enjoyed it, and I was expecting not to, as it was the neck pour.

It was incredibly smooth, consistently from sip to sip.

Really enjoying this Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Poblano Liquere. I’ve only used it with my margarita recipe, but today, I thought I would give this a try in a Martinez. When I originally had a Martinez, the gin was infused with jalapeno, so I thought this would go nicely. I was right. really enjoyed the flavor this provided with the sweetness of the drink. Attjack I know you wanted to give this a try, so wanted to show one additional use thus far.
