Served this with the meal I’m fixin to post. Picture is weird, so I edited it so we ban see the label better. This wine is amazing with the grilled ribeye and zucchini. And it still is as I am sipping after dinner. Mama needs a piece of chocolate!

barelfly this is my chocolate obsession lately, just a small corner and I’m happy. It made this wine a bit tannic (where it wasn’t before dinner) crazy, huh?

72% my wife would like. The clementine OO, does that stand out? Interesting it changed the flavor of the wine though? I love the chocolates with my bourbon. An excellent pairing!

The clementine stands out when tasting alone, more than with this wine, that’s for sure. But it is subtle either way. Not like getting that “chocolate” shaped like an orange you see at the holidays.

I picked this up today. I do enjoy this brewer. Their ale and double bag are nice. This is my 1st time seeing this, so I had to give it a go. Nice crisp citrus taste. It's an IPA.
