Just slummin’. The hash and hash browns discussions made me do this, because. It’s kinda backwards from that discussion, which, by the end of it, had the eggs on top.
I made a frittata with peppers, tomatoes, and onion, and topped it with hash browns.
Then I melted some cheese on top of it. Because that cheese isn’t going to shred and melt and eat itself.
Stupid, I know. I don’t care.

Forgot to post this last weekend. We went to a maple syrup sampling last Saturday and I got a gallon of maple syrup straight from the evaporator. I’ve never had maple syrup this fresh, so for dinner that night we made Amish cinnamon swirl bread French toast. Pictures was taken before the maple syrup was drizzled over the top.
