Those are some great looking pancakes.

I’ve decided tacos are the most fun breakfast. I have my assembly line well figured out now that griddle season is unaffected by the weather.

Porter Road. It’s expensive, but excellent. Get the links, the bulk comes as a frozen block and it’s harder to work with. I use it to bump an order over $125 and get free shipping; it makes it feel like I got free chorizo!

We blend traditional Mexican chorizo and Spanish chorizo recipes, marrying smokiness with heat to get a sausage that’s packed with one-of-a-kind flavor. Our Pork Chorizo links start with a flavorful base of pasture-raised pork which we season with ancho chili powder, paprika, cayenne, cumin, black pepper, garlic, and oregano before hand-twisting in a natural casing. No flavor additives or fillers necessary. All of our pork is raised with no antibiotics and no added hormones.

Hoovarmin; proper chorizo is found at a good Mexican grocery store. At least it is in KC. LOL

Further use of poblano cream sauce: a classic French two egg cheese omelet with poblano cream sauce and pico de gallo, and two lightly buttered flour tortillas.

Hah! Take that Starbux. You ain’t got nothing on Sheila Ann.

Okay, nothing fancy here, but it is my go to breakfast all time favorite way of eating bacon! Bacon on toast with strawberry jam.

In this case today, I used homemade whole wheat bread spritzed with avocado oil and kosher salt, topped with jam and three pieces of bacon. Princess and I ate it this morning.

        I like your style.

I channeled my inner Mosca this morning with some breakfast carnitas tacos. Believe it or not, this was the first time I've cooked an egg on my flattop. It didn't stick! Maybe because of all the beef tallow I fried it in. I seasoned it all with Malcom's Grande Gringo and served with pico.

Love it! I’m hooked on pico right now, as soon as I run out I make more. I do 3-4 small tomatoes worth at a time, and it lasts 3-4 days; I’d rather make it more frequently and have it fresh than look at it after a a week and think “….?”

mrteddyprincess It's the perfect size for a Marine battalion. Mosca I just lucked out on the pico - store bought in the produce section of Publix, but very fresh and delicious. I'm hooked on it too. I see many more breakfast tacos in our future this summer.

That’s a thing of beauty, devoutly to be desired.

For Father's Day my wife gave me two options: She makes me breakfast in bed. Or, we sit on the patio and cook breakfast on the grill. Well.....

Great combo right there. I always love eating dinner leftovers for breakfast.

Shredded chicken, rice, black olives, black beans, feta, Monterey Jack, Cheddar, and green salsa breakfast burrito. Burritos are the best way to clean out the fridge that I know of.

We had Breakfast Burritos for dinner tonight. Mine isn't as nice looking as hoovarmin posted above but it tasted good. I cleaned the refrigerator for ingredients.

          Looks dang good to me!

Trying to eat a bit healthier with fewer carbs starting this morning. I haven't exactly been at my best this decade. But I did grow the jalapeño, so I have that going for me.
