    Oh man! Killer breakfast sammie- fried mortadella, fried eggs and avocado plus hot sauce. Definitely making the most of the lb of mortadella I got yesterday. When you pan fry it, it gets crispy like bacon. Mmmmm

    Edit: I also bought white bread which I never do. And it just hits the spot sometimes.
