I got three sets of these from half a leftover ribeye: Monday, Tuesday, and this morning. They were damn good, would do this again!

When you make a frittata with potatoes, broccoli, serranos, tomatoes, and cheese…

and look at it and think, “You know, if I cut that in half it will fit right into those taco shells over there.”

What to do with a little leftover cornbeef? Add some onions and mushrooms with a little swiss cheese.

I haven't made an omelet in awhile so today a Cottage Bacon, Onion, and Pepper Omelet with Toast and Fruit. Almost more fun to make than eat...almost.

It must be like riding a bike cause you still have the touch!

      Plain and simple this morning..
over easy eggs, avocado toast with a splash or 6 of hot sauce, side of cantaloupe.

Happy Easter to those who partake, and happy Sunday to all!!

My go-to breakfast on most days is wheat toast with avocado, tomato, and melted cheese. It’s damn good.

I can’t remember the last time I had pork tenderloin. Ignore that awful looking egg, it was uncooperative during cooking so got what it deserved.

Bkhuna Yep! My mom used to make it as a dinner dish by slicing then baking it. She always served rice with it into which we would mix the liver puddin’. A sweet potato usually was a side. Yum!

I’ve also eaten scrapple, a NJ/PA delicacy sort of like lp. It gets sliced thin and pan fried until crispy on the surface. Yum again.

Part of me wants this to go into “make fun of you”. I clearly need practice pouring pancake batter. And my pan got too hot! My sister gifted me this mix. Wrights bacon, FM eggs (yolks are practically orange!).

I stepped up the syrup presentation with some vintage Descoware. Rutty Buck FTW!

Nice pancakes. With our stovetop, it’s extremely difficult to dial in the perfect cooking temp until one or two batches are done. If I don’t turn it down after that first batch, batches 3 through five will end up blackened.

My wife isn’t too concerned about shape, so we get some Rorschach pancakes unless I smooth them into rounds with the bottom of the ladle.

Nothing wrong with those eggs. You have you're silver dollar and your peso, yen, and Yapese stone money represented.

Omelette today.. filled with bacon, paprika, onion and cheese.. A glass of pineapplejuice on the side.

Another use for fromage fort: use it on top of an omelet rather than inside. I wanted it to brown on top, but this is my first try at it. Maybe a little panko or Parmesan will dry it out some.

            About this much.

Then fold, cheese on top, and under the broiler until you smell the cheese browning:
