      Swedish water...

Saved the Aquafaba from the chickpeas this week. This was the first cocktail and it was a hit for the group! I think Attjack would approve of this use!

    Tequila Sour

Nice! I had a Mezcal sour just before 5 pm today that my wife delivered to my office as I was finishing up the work week. Now, I'm sipping a Mezcalita. Cheers, buddy!

Lake weekend continues. Coming off the water, wanted something cold and refreshing so went with a Hemingway Daiquiri (with coconut rum). This was excellent on a hot summer day!

Can anyone guess what time it is? It's 'TINI TIME! A Hendricks martini to boot. And that's a Cohiba riding shotgun. Click image for larger version

        Cohiba!!!!!!!

I picked this up today at my local shop. Huskee you might want to seek this out. Torpedo IPA in 4 versions with different a.b.v. The Atomic should be interesting. Here's the link to see the details.

I started with the Electric, very good.

        Nice collage!

I had a can of the Atomic Torpedo. A bit smoother less hoppy but at 9.2% more poppy. 🍺

A few black cherry ciders with some excellent taco burgers from the food truck at our neighborhood brewery. Wife and I had a date night bike ride and enjoyed the food, drink and time on the bikes!

The last one, Phantom. More hoppy than Atomic. At 6% less impact. All in all I'd purchase them all if/when they offer them up. Certainly the variety 12 pack is nice.

Red Hook, named after town in Brooklyn. I usually use Rittenhouse rye, but I'm out of it right now and technically should use Punt e Mes sweet vermouth, but hard to find in PA. The Luxardo liquor makes the drink unique compared to a Manhattan.

this was all about the food! Not a sipping wine. But I really enjoyed it.
