The KBS is mine and hers is the Espresso Martini Stout. I told that she should probably only have one as it might knock her on her backside. LOL She had about half and decided that was enough. So I was forced to take one for the team and finish it myself. ;-) Not bad, wouldn’t be my first choice but it was drinkable.

I still drink a lot of coffee. I drink about 12 ounce in the AM, then switch to water. Then I get more coffee in my late afternoon, after my workout and I ve slammed about 32 ounces of water.
The sauna cycles are a great thing. What kind of sauna did you buy? Are you using a stock tank for cold plunges at home? That is what I use at home, when I am not at our main sauna. It works pretty well, except I don't fit in it really well, but I make it work.
As for the KBQ on the ice......I bring a small generator out there to run it. It works great. I keep it on the other side of my truck just so I do not have to listen to it all day. It does not require much power and I could get away with a smaller genny if I had too.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
