RichieB, after watching that Patriots game today, I may need a trip to the packy also.

Whiskeyman53 and the mistakes can drive to drinking. Just don't drink and drive.

      The season is upon us.

I've already consumed a 12 pack. Another is in the future. I haven't had beer in the fridge in 2 days. Sh×t happens. Long story I won't bother you with. But tomorrow.

It is the season while reverse searing a Tri Tip on the Kettle and SnS with the Ryder Cup on.
      Go USA !

I've never heard of Yuzu gin, being a Plymouth guy, myself. What's it like SheilaAnn

It’s really fun! Not like a juniper-forward or London Dry. Yuzu is a citrus flavor profile. So a slightly sweet cucumber is great. I did fever few tonic tonight because it’s what I had. But a ruby red grapefruit would also be nice.

Santa gave me this bottle a while back.

This could be it for Summer peppers. Drinking an Oktoberfest beer on one of the last days in September when it’s 86*. If only it could last. Click image for larger version

Enjoying a local Oktoberfest. I’m not sure if it’s only an issue in my area but I’m having a difficult time finding authentic German Oktoberfest beers. My local package stores don’t seem to have them in stock. The owners are not sure if they will have them anytime soon.

Dad always liked his Manhattan’s very sweet. We referred to them as his Lollipops. I’m having a lollipop in a glass I found in Miami last weekend. It’s my official lollipop glass bc dragonflies have come to symbolize Dad since he passed away. Here’s to you Big Guy!

Picked up some fresh pressed apple cider today so I had to make my favorite fall drink.

Started out with about a teaspoon of Maple Syrup in the tumbler. Then I added 3 oz. of the Apple Jack. Bourbon or Rye is easily substituted. A small squeeze of Lemon came next. Six ice cubes entered the tumbler then I topped it off with the Apple Cider.

Hey! I enjoyed the champagne of beers this weekend! It was either that or Natty Light or Coors Light……

Miller High Life! The Champagne of Beer. My go to in School, then Bud stole my taste buds and comforted the long brutal days in the Mine.

Just picked up a 12 of the bottles for the family get-together this weekend. I mean, it's family after all, so there's a bit of a need!
