Huskee You turned me on to Weller 107. Haha I bought to age in a cask but must admit it never made it in there. 😬

I'm no tequila expert but the wife & I really like 1800, especially their barrel-aged ones. This is the longest aged one they offer, 12+ mo in oak. Peppery, yum..

I like the tequila. I love the glass! I’m a bit of a glass nut.

The thing with tequila is you can't age it for long. If you age it more than 2-3 years then it stops tasting tequila, and goes more into whiskey/some other flavor (completely depending on whether you age it in old whiskey/rhum/cognac barrels). So everything is just as it should be. Cheers!

Some people are really into knocking microbrew IPAs but I gotta say they are some darn tasty brews, and as varied in subtleties as whiskies.

Having a few Granville Island Brewing English Bay Pale Ale The beer comes from Vancouver BC.

That’s going to be one drunk dude!

Nobody is going to believe me so I have photographic proof. I am at a hipsterish brewery, but I properly fumigate one corner and hang out there. I ordered a "shamrock shake". It’s a double IPA brewed with lactose. Madagascar vanilla, and mint. Inspired by the MdDonalds shake.

Yea. Told you it’s a hipster place. That requires fumigation to create a hipster free zone.

Beat Culture Beewery. It’s in fhe Miami Airport Days Inn. You can fly in to MIA and catch the Days Inn hotel shuttle from the departure level. By car it’s at the 836 (dolphin expressway) and 72 ave.
