Use iGrill air and meat thermometers
Use cherry, maple, oak (all air dried) scraps from making furniture and stuff.
I sometimes miss those days, loved the SA cherry wheat.
and then again, changed the yeast in my new batch of apple Meade and it is smooth, a little fruity, and you don’t notice it’s 12-14%. Keeping this yeast.

Blackberry lemonade (with Tito’s) that the GF made trying to con me into helping make apricot tarts with some of the, seemingly, 4 tons of apricots the tree has produced in the past two weeks. LOL
Oh yeah, and she’s good at that whole “Will you help me?” thing…as she doubtless knew I would…I took over and made the tarts. “How do you make the crust?” “It’s just flour, sugar, cold butter and an egg & water…just…never mind, I’ll do it.” SMH LOL
So at least dessert is sorted.
The blackberries are homegrown as well as the lemons. Good stuff.
barelfly, I was lucky enough to go to college in Boston during the mid 80's, it was a great time to be a Celtics fan in the city. It's nice to see another generation enjoying a run.
