Weber Kettle with an SNS
Masterbuilt kettle that I call the $30 wonder grill
Bullet by Bull Grills gasser
Anova WiFi sous vide machine
Thermoworks Thermapen and Chef Alarm
Recreated the MonkeyPod Mai Tai. I don’t have the foam canister, so the foam isn’t even close. The immersion blender method just doesn’t do it. But the flavor of the foam is spot on! This is perfect for this hot and windy day in New Mexico!!!
JCBBQ surfdog Not sure if I can justify that foam canister at $150….ugh..hahah!
here’s the recipe I used

JCBBQ - I bought a cheaper orange curaçao or an orange liqueur in the photo, a regular orgeat as I didn’t want to make the macadamia, and I bought a passion fruit syrup - this specific bottle

Manhattan with Costco knock off of Crown Royal and it's very good. A slash of bitters! Not quite a summer drink but that's what I felt like tonight to pair with our Costco lobster tails.

Baked them at 400, very tender. I never grill them because they come out so perfect and tender at 400. I take them to 140 then pull them out. I can use my gas grill just not the smoker. Town cancelled the fireworks this year, they had a cool drone show last night.Amazing what you can create with 500 drones.

I've .been a fan since they opened the doors. Winter Storm, Loose Cannon & Small Craft Warning are my favorites. I see that you're from Halethorpe...I'm guessing that you can walk there?Originally posted by Thunder77 View PostHeavy Seas Brewery Tropicannon IPA

I’m actually on the Arbutus side of the tracks. So it would be a bit of a hike for me. I used to like their Cutlass amber, but I have not seen it lately. I have done the brewery tour. I think they have gone a bit overboard with their IPAs myself.

Thunder77 Agreed. Hugh Sisson used to sell me sixtels of Loose Cannon out the back door back in the early Clipper City days because the restaurants got snapped most of them up & that was the only way I could get my hands on a small keg. Thanks to those arcane MD laws, breweries can't do that anymore. I think most breweries have gone overboard with IPA's. I haven't had a Cutlass in ages. I wish they would bring back the McHenry year-round..

Skinsfan1311 A couple weeks ago they were supposed to release a wheat beer. Haven't seen it anywhere yet. Close enough for me to drive by and I may have to soon.
