I was wondering if I had enough whiskey the other day so I did an inventory, here it is. I think I am well stocked for now. Three of these are small batch whiskey made in ON.

NYE starts off with a boulevardier, 2/3oz each of WT101 bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth, shaken with ice. Happy New Years everyone!

I love trying old recipes…but they can be so hit or miss. I understand why some have pretty much been lost to time. LOL But there are a few gems.

surfdog - kind of like a bourbon Bloody Mary without the tomato juice. Strong and spicy.
