Getting these Mai Tai’s figured out as well as I can. I think this third try is pretty close…if you are ok with my using whip cream and passion fruit pure syrup as my foam! It’s actually so darn close to the MonkeyPod Mai Tai, so for what I am looking for it is outstanding!

I'm not a fan of finished whiskey, but a huge fan of Bowman. I like the John J. Bowman so much that we have a decanter just for it. I can highly recommend the John J. if you can get your hands on a bottle....

I don’t know if I’ve seen Isaac bowman here in NM. I do like Port finished bourbons thought, so I’ll keep an eye out! Thanks for sending and enjoy that sipper!
