Really nice red wine, this winery has become one of our favs
If you come across this wine anywhere on your travels I thoroughly endorse it, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
Serving it with jerk chicken from a local jerk hut we tripped over a few weeks back. Since we aren’t going to Jamaica again this year for obvious reasons it’s a little taste of the islands

El ron! I may have had some of that back in 1996 during my stay in Cuba…tried a multiple brands. And just like you, I thing from your glass, it’s straight up in Cuba!

Glad I picked up several bottles, seeing as it was limited to 100 cases. 😕

But tonight we’re back to hotel room Manhattans. Tasty but not the same as being with friends/family.

SheilaAnn Really nice. Velvety smooth with great mouth feel. I do NOT like tannins and this was well behaved. It’s been laying down for a while so that helps.

I have no problem laying a bottle down for a year or more. I’ve had some great wines from them. I found them accidentally on a road trip taking my GF to her uncle's funeral in Oregon. As we drove by we decided we had to stop. I’ve been getting 3-4 bottles every quarter since.
