Big day for the Portland Timbers. It's the Western Conference Championship. So I made some extra spicy bloody Marys.

'Victory At Sea', Ballast Point Brewing. It has coffee and vanilla, so I can drink it for breakfast and dessert, right? Click image for larger version

Mr. Bones It looks like there are multiple places that carry Rogue in Lawrence. They do have Dead Guy Ale, but not the aged ale that I posted.

That sounds like there’s a story to tell…

At the moment, coffee and Baileys as I didn't have milk/cream for my coffee. Didn't have milk for the kid's cereal this morning either but didn't think Baileys would be a good substitute for milk in his cheerios. 🤣

He may have, but wouldn't have been good before he went to school. 🤣

My wife and I are enjoying our first eggnogs of the season. Sadly, it's cheap grocery eggnog but with Meyer's spiced dark rum and dusted with cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Never thought of adding cardamom! Nice. My dear friend always gives us homemade bourbon cream. One snifter, and momma is in her happy place!🥃

            And I don’t drink bourbon!

5 glencairn pours of Blantons while my family watched "In the heights" while I listened to some Bourbon Pursuit episodes using my Bose QC35headphones (these things are great and wireless).

A Mai Tai at the Mai Tai Bar is like watching the sunset on Sunset Beach. A life-changing experience (I've had both).

I used to go to Waikiki about once a month or so…in what now seems like a lifetime ago. Always had a great time. Waikiki/Honolulu were like a second home for several years. I had friends that lived there and on Maui & the big island. Great place.

If you can, the trek to the top of Diamond Head is pretty cool.
