SheilaAnn , It paired very nicely with the richer Smokey flavor of the chicken. I was going to go with a Pinot but the GSM was the right choice.

Started with the Tipsy Vicar and then moved on to the Iron Thistle.
Iron Thistle I’ve had before…so occasionally pick that up when I find it. First time trying the Tipsy Vicar… Not bad, but it will never become a "go-to."

Going with another variation of my Short Afternoon cocktail
1 1/4oz Pink rose vodka
1/2oz fruit burst syrup
Mucho lemon and lime slices and ice
Topped of with Tangerine flavoured soda water

yknow really I could sub in aviation fuel here and still be all in on this....

That's the problem with drink, very refreshing and the Burst hides any taste of the Vodka so I end up guzzling 3-4 down in rapid succession hence the name....
