The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.

Several drinks are in the docket here in cold Iowa. Beer of course, since I am a homebrewer - my choices presently are a Spotted Cow clone I always have on tap and a nut brown ale from Christmas. Other favs this time of year, gluwein, and brandy old fashioneds. Scotch on a very cold night.

My bourbon/whisky cabinet is getting kind of low so had to make a trip to the liquor store. Got some bourbons that I haven't tried before and one, the Blantons, that I've only heard about and never saw in a store before.

Never seen me no Blanton's, locally... I'd LOVE to try it...

Th Henry McKenna 10 YO BIB is a solid sipper, very enjoyable, at a really approachable preicepoint...Have me a 750 of it, sittin bout 5 ft away, on my bar.
