I opened up a bottle of Citra IPA I brewed a month ago. This is my "first" home-brew that I made. I have a bourbon barrel porter in works right now.

I have 20 bottles of bourbon barrel porter that is now ready to drink. Super tasty! Need to brew a full batch of that, bottling a Saison Au Meil tomorrow, starting a batch of a Belgian Tripel tomorrow, then I have a batch of Hefeweizen to bottle next week, and I have a barley wine to brew as well hopefully next week…

Just finished dinner, ribs left over from a cook earlier in the week, baked beans, corn bread and "its you're third time having ribs this week so today your going to have a salad to go with them ". Guess who said that. Now it's time for dessert. A local chocolate porter.
