Rubs:
Usually make my own riff’s on Memphis Dust and BBBR. Also use Meathead’s commercial rubs and occasionally try something new. I like a couple from Tuffy Stone and Kinder’s. After several surgeries, I’m very sensitive to “spicy” stuff, so I need to be careful about heat levels.

The gamut! Lol. Started with an Evan Williams and Coke, had a Captain and Coke, and have moved to about 3 ( or 6....) fingers of Maker’s. ....I should also mention that I have a brisket in the stick burner, so it would be illegal for me to NOT be drinking.......

Last I heard, that would be a Class A Misdemeanor in Indiana sir. Punishable by up to one year in jail and seizure of all grilling and smoking related equipment.
