Also Knob Creek! This is probably my favorite bourbon lately. Their rye is really good too.

I concur. The first time I had it was at a bar in the Beau Rivage in Biloxi 19 years ago. It’s been my go-to ever since. I remember it well because we were there to celebrate my stepdaughter’s 21st birthday. She turned 40 in January!

It’s so stinkin hot here in New Mexico (Over 100* the last few days) I have resorted to the hard seltzer drinks my wife buys. One is called Truly and the other is Eagle Claw or something like that. Just wasn’t in the mood for a neat Weller tonight, although I did add some Weller to these bubbly alcohol water thingies!

at least it’s refreshing and keeps me cool!

Right there with you, got sick of beer and too hot for brown liquor so gave hard seltzers and gin or vodka smashes a go.
      Pleasant change.

Heck I would. Think of it as a little extra protein.

I sure did Jfrosty27 - my way of thinking too.

Gave these a try last week as @barefly said too hot for bourbons and got sick of beer
The White Claw and Smashed Soda were keepers
The Nude and other one no, had an after taste like coriander
      Not to my liking

Oh yeah! White Claw is what one was! They aren’t bad. And I don’t drink them as fast as I would an Old Fashioned

Ok. 3 hours is (or is it are) up. Let’s party. I still have 3 fingers left in my pint glass from last night 😎

      A nice light afternoon beer.

I think I’m allergic to beechwood...because that’s the only ingredient, that I’m aware of, that’s different from 99.9% of the beers out there. But 8oz of that and I’m down for the count and violently ill for two days. shudder OTOH, my brothers drink it regularly.

Oh, it appears I was cooking in the drinking section.....must have been drinking something good!

I just finished my taxes and it’s a beautiful warm evening. That calls for a tiki drink. Tonight, a Zombie.

Was/am a bit concerned...but I’m probably one of the most careful people in the country. Masks everywhere, hand washing constantly, hand sanitizer in my pocket. Nobody touches my cameras, drones, or iPads but me...and I haven’t eaten in a restaurant since March. :-/

I love me some G&Ts...they’re my go to summertime drink.
Well, that and margaritas...G&Ts do fine against mosquitoes but they don’t have enough lime to stave off scurvy. LOL

Nothing like a lil panty remover on a hot summer day/night
To bad my wife hates gin
