We have at least 4 wineries in town and another 27 in the Monticello AVA. This is from one of them. Been doing my part to drink local. Taking one for the team in this pandemic!

Good stuff, still got a dab left on my bar.

      Watermelon-Cucumber Cooler

Serves: 4 Prep time: IS minutes Total time: 15 minutes 5 cups cubed seedless watermelon (about 1Vi pounds) 1 large English cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks Va cup fresh lime juice (from 2-3 limes) 2 tablespoons honey % cup vodka — Ice — Mint sprigs or cucumber slices, for garnish

Set a large fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl or pitcher. In a food processor or blender, purée watermelon. Pour watermelon purée through sieve, pressing on solids with a rubber spatula (you should have about 2 cups juice). Purée English cucumber and pour through sieve into watermelon juice.

In a small bowl or measuring cup, stir together lime juice and honey. Add to watermelon and cucumber juices, along with vodka. Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired. To serve, fill four glasses with ice and top each with cocktail. Garnish with mint sprigs or cucumber slice

fzxdoc At the risk of garnering the wrath of everyone on this site.......I have never acquired a taste for bourbon so I am always looking a good rye.

One of my favorite breweries...I don’t drink their original as often as I should. Click image for larger version

Got a bottle looks just like that

One of my neighborhood bars delivered me a couple of pints or Ruse Translator IPA. We wanted to help support his business but he refused to take any money. He also took a leak in my side yard.

Translator by Ruse Brewing is a IPA - American which has a rating of 3.9 out of 5, with 4,008 ratings and reviews on Untappd.

Drinking Jack as the gentleman evaporated this week. Working on cleaning out the liquor cabinet. Some of these bottles I have had over 8 years. Maybe drinking Caipiriña soon at this rate.

Drinking Caipiriñas is always a good idea if the sun is out.

I don't usually drink spirits, but locked in the house for a month with a 2 and 4 year old will do that...

I remember when they would call our name over a loudspeaker when our table was ready. My name? Drinking.........Drinking party of two, your table is ready!

lately I have added Drinking Heavily......
