Some pepper, some fire, solid tomato flavor. Using Demitri’s RimShot for the rim, Mezetta Spanish olives, Maille pickles and cocktail onions, Tillen Farms pickled beans, and Tito’s vodka

As I was pouring a Bulleit 10 yr I noticed a bourbon I forgot to mention. Smoke Wagon straight bourbon. Most of my friends seem to really like it

Scotch. One I usually have on hand is one that is highly rated, very smooth and not strongly flavored. I have it for people that say they don't like Scotch. Springbank. I wouldn't say it is my favorite, but for those reasons I always have it. Maybe it is my favorite.
Every one likes it that I have given it to, that never thought they liked Scotch.
