    Thanks for the support! It's been a very tough two weeks. Nothing is as easy as you'd think it would be and we've been working around the clock... literally around the clock, to get these out the door today and tomorrow.

      Here are the results of today's test. This was unattended. The main difference is I sheltered the kettle so it did not get direct sunlight or any rain.

              Well, Jon Solberg , did you receive your SnS yet? Tried it out?

            SnS arrived today. Of course it rained ALL DAY!!! Dry run tomorrow on 22" kettle and first cook on Sunday. Will post pics of course. Cannot wait

              Even on my 26" kettle, 12 well ashed-over coals hits 225 just fine. I've been thinking about adding a 22" kettle. I've just got to come up with a good reason other than I want it!

              Nope, no problem with coal amount. I just dumped them straight out of the bag, lit a hand full. Hit 250, cruise control right through.

            Got mine today, bookmarked website, calibrate tomorrow! Great graphs!
