      I was hoping to get one with it sparking. I do hate cooking in the dark though I do have a headlamp for that.

      Home grown black cherry wood doing work with the turkey. The aroma in my driveway that day was otherworldly.

      I smoke for friends and family. My biggest rib cook was 22 racks of st. Louis, biggest pulled pork was 20 boston butts.

        This one is a couple winters ago, but I still smoke in any weather.

        Just lit the fire to start melting the snow off during a heavy snow storm.

          I was burning down some oak and ash into charcoal for searing a ribeye. I also did a slo-mo video that come out pretty well. I used the Sportsmans Grill. The results were amazing.
