She sure was rollin this weekend. Looked like a river of flowing caramel. From a distance you almost wanted to dip a cup in and take a drink! (eeesh. shudder.) EdF

ID:	570976 Might be only a pellet fire, but the view window on the front of the Grilla is a pretty neat addition.

Nice! I had planned to post something similar. I was surprised at the fireworks in the Grilla. It’s like they trapped an F-16 in full afterburner inside that thing.

Had the LSG going for another nice cook. Click image for larger version

But do you have to ask. πŸ˜‚. Hell yes. You know that. If it was bigger I would move in to it.
Let’s see. LSG, wife, LSG, wife LSG, wife.
        LSG wins hands down. Hahahahaha

        That's backyard heaven right there!

Well I love this thread so I thought I would throw another pic of an Alaska Gravel bar fire! That is also a sun-dried salmon on top that was an offering to the fishing gods. I'd say they answered our prayers.

        Oh yeah!

I did two cooks yesterday, and the deflector plate in my BGE was very messy. So I just removed the top vent altogether, opened the bottom vent wiiide, and just let it rip. Thank you, pyrolysis!

After the photo was taken I just wiped it all off with a glove. All of a sudden it looked almost new (i.e. sand colored instead of black).

Cooked some Bubba burgers on the smokey Joe last night. The WSM was outside from previous use so just put Joe on the top grate of it.
