Looking at the grates... is that a newer version of the Performer than my ca. 2001 model?

                David Parrish ...

Most people have no clue about the RISK you take to dream up an idea and the amount of man hours and MONEY it requires to launch an unknown product... NEVER knowing for sure if people will see and value your vision.ΓƒΒ°Γ…ΒΈΓ’β€žΒ’Γ‹β€

I've rolled those dice a couple of times... It makes you sweat bullets.😁

Getting to the point where you have a positive cash flow is orgasmic.ΓƒΒ°Γ…ΒΈΓ’β‚¬ΛœΓ…β€™

It's a chance MOST people are NOT willing to take.

Many great products and ideas never get to market because those that had the vision are to AFRAID to leverage their hard earned assets.

                No guts, no glory!!!

I learned that term from a guy by the name of Howard Behar. Google that name.ðŸ˜Ҁ°

He was my boss at GranTree Furniture Rentals in Portland, Oregon. I was the VP of purchasing under Howard's tutorship.

He went on to become the President of Starbucks Coffee.ðŸ˜Ҁ°

He went to work there when they had 28 coffee shops in Seattle. When he retired they had 400 coffee shops in the US and he had just opened the 1st Starbucks coffee shop in mainland China.

No guts, no glory... You pulled it off.ΓƒΒ°Γ…ΒΈΓ’β‚¬ΛœΓ…β€™

Ernest ... Told me to get my fire HOT HOT HOT when I seared it.ðŸ˜Ҁ

Man, I don't have any fire photos but I am so looking forward to building a fire in my Lang sometime soon to cook something with. Weather has just been crazy lately so I have not been able to cook anything on it and I miss it.

Kind of hard to ge that thing up to a cooking temp when it is 30 degrees outside, I go through so much wood that I can not afford it!
