A Taste of Bourbon and a Snack. I found some Scotch Bonnets and Ajicito Peppers at a Very interesting Market in Middletown, Ny. RedBerry Farm. A little Smoked Gouda to Tame the Heat of the Scotch Bonnets, the Ajicitos are Sweet in comparison.

The Bourbon is good Too!
