Made some homemade wood-fired pizzas last night @ my brother in law's and here's the bourbon & Scotch tastings we did afterward. (I know, it's not "RIGHT NOW", but it's the best I could do considering I was away last night)

Well, some may have noticed I’ve been off-pit for a while surrounded by a bunch af steaming-Maine-iacs......BBQ was far apart and few between.....well, I’m back in the pit now, thought with 90F and 90% humidity, run n coke was right! Smoker commin’ out of hurricane storage tomorrow n chicken goin’ on.....boat goin’ back in tonight, dang I’m jonesing for BBQ!
and......had to find the thread, dint sho in today’s posts.....what, no one been drinkin’?

No overnight smoke, though, as planned, weeks ahead. Meat is brined, etc. Couldn't be more pleased, lol!!!
