It does seem to be a little sweeter maybe or less of a bite. I don't think I can pick out flavors )if that's the term) in alcohol. It all seems to taste good to me. Not sure if that's a blessing or a curse!

Mr. Bones that makes sense, I'd watched a video review on it and recommended it to my BIL since he likes regular Tullamore DEW, and he made a trip to England last fall and had a bottle afterwards. Probably got it from the duty free shop or whatever it's called in England. (I don't fly )

Whisky and beer to go with this delishous vegan meal (no really).

Awesome + Awesome Sauce IMO, brother!
Love to hear more, when (if) ya feel so inclined...

It's a vegan Indian restaurant. It's not authentic Indian food apparently but it's incredibly delicious. Everything on their menu is delicious. Lucky for me I can sit at the bar next door and swill whisky and beer and they bring over the food. It's a win win situation.

Isn't it amazing how much better Heineken is when it hasn't been exposed to light?

Willy What's more amazing is when it is still fresh, at least he doesn't have to fly over an ocean to experience that.

Well since the doc finished up the lower unit inspection, I’m havin’ a tall Titos n tonic n lime! Gettin’ old aint for the meek! I know, TMI.....never mind....carry on

At least you have a lower unit to inspect. What hasn't been worked off mine has been chewed off.....

I've been ironing for the past 2 hours. Yuck. I'd rather be smoking meat.

I soooo deserve this, especially since my sweet husband has been watching golf for the same 2 hours.

I am a human test subject on the bayou. Sunset and the noseeums are thick. Trying some new technology, Thermacell. My cloths look like a peppered salad with noseeums. no bites yet! What I do for science.....Rum is just in case......but then, maybe they are biting.... Click image for larger version

One thing about the neverending cold is my Thermacell has been in a box somewhere and we've been bug free. Getting close to mosquito season soon though.

So how did it end up working in the long run on those noseeums and mosquitoes, smokenoob ?

I'm just about to pull the trigger on a patio Thermacell unit.

I liked the handheld butane one so well I bought the lipo powered radius for the patio. We have lots of noseeums around sunset, I usually get bit 10-20 times if out for an hour. That night, maybe 1-2 bites and lots of stuned/dead ones around. Fortunately I figure I'm old enough that something else will kill me before the thermacell does......like BBQ.....have they banned BBQ in California yet???

        Enjoy, brother!
Th rum as a preventative measure is a judicious choice...

Lagunitas is making it out to Kansas now? Their IPA was a mainstay when I lived in the Bay Area.

HH, no way I would ever call ECSB boring, especially in stemware! Those EC's can run a little hot, especially the casks... you gotta cut 'em with something... perfect for rocks, IMHO.
