The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

63 deg and full sun, no wind. Feels like 75. We need this here in the grey rainy land of never-ending spring known as Michigan. It's May but hasn't really stopped being March for very long.
Can't make a fire this weekend because I had a knee replacement on Wednesday. My wonderful wife is taking good care, deep frying a big batch of Buffalo Wings.
I randomly had a shot of this with Sammy Hagar one time at a hotel bar in Minneapolis. Always brings me back when I see that stuff. He was a really nice dude.
