          Nothing makes water taste better than bourbon. Well, maybe scotch, or rye, or, well, you get the idea!

        Meat Monster is baby sitting Lizzy, my FEC 120 in 2degC Scottish weather. Got pork shoulder, leg joints, rolled belly and Jackfruit!

              Ok, 5 hours into the cook, I'm deploying the big guns! I've put on "The Axe" by The Steel Woods, I have deployed the Doom Bar and a blanket. Well it is now 0DegC here in Scotlandshire lads and lassies.
