There's about 6 or 7 gins that I really really like. Of my top three gins, two of them are from Michigan. This is one of them. This is my second favorite gin that I've ever had. Knickerbocker from New Holland Distillery in Michigan. Super floral, lots of flavors, peppery. Right up my alley. Click image for larger version Name:	IMAG2645.jpg Views:	1 Size:	2.31 MB ID:	680111

3 fingers of Clyde Mays, 1 large rock, 2 dashes of orange cream bitters and a Drew Estate Undercrown Shade stogie after a day of volunteering at my youngest’s school. Damn near perfect...if I could get just one rib from somewhere other than my own smoker (too tired to pull it off myself).

How is Clyde May's? I see it often but haven't tried yet.

I like it, it has moved into the regular rotation of my everyday pours, especially on sale in PA stores for about $28 to 35 a. Outlet depending on the proof. I believe they go up to 110. I would recommend at the price point.

I guess this is a grapefruit martini. A splash of grapefruit, vermouth and kosher salt on the rim. Taste’s fine to me... Click image for larger version

That's a good collection. I've picked up a few of those locally.
Got it specifically for the 200th anniversary export. All tasty IMO.

i was inspired by the tequila thread...
And yes, there’s another bottle in the cabinet. Whew! Along with a Hornitos Plata...but that doesn’t generally make its way into a mixed drink. Click image for larger version

                  See...you are a posing a conundrum.
I have already started on margaritas, as previous posts will surely bear out...but then you go and post that nectar...
                  What to do?
And as my ex would surely attest...I'm terrible about making decisions. Ironic LOL

Mmmm, we'll stick with margaritas for now...but tomorrow is Guinness day! Slainte!
Or Slaandjivaa if you're more historically "northern."
Regardless, enjoy! Or iechyd da if you hablar welsh. ROFL

Just bought my first bottle. It’s pretty good stuff. Especially for the price.

Made it to the River House for Memorial Day weekend. Having a Two Juicy New England IPA. First time trying it. I like it! And Thank You to all who made the ultimate sacrifice, allowing us to take so much for grated. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
