It has been 3 months since my hip rebuild and replacement. I have not had a real drink since last November. So in celebration I went into town and bought a 1.75 liter of Canadian Club 1858. I can't find my camera to take a picture and I don't do smart phones. I'm old fashioned.
Cooked indirect Mr. Bones . Rescued this one from the garbage truck. It has some good parts but the bowl is rusted through in multiple places. DA is the code on the lid vent, 2001. I'll post this find when I can find the right place. It's not your typical Performer. weberkettleclub doesn't show this either.

Agreed barelfly Why bother buyin great bourbon, if'n yer jus gonn foo foo it up with other stuff...
Why, I feel like a right Heretic, if'n it's hotter than Hades outside, an I might add in an ice cube lol
Fortunately, I don't keep no ice bout my place; lost my Granny's receipt to make it, several years ago, an sure as hail don't want me no store-boughten...
I'll occasionally concede to a chilled / frozden highball glass, though

Mr. Bones - Only time I’ll add a big ol rock is for an Old Fashioned, and that’s for when it’s hotter than Hades. But I don’t use the good bourbon for that! And occasionally sprite or ginger ale, but again, that’s when it’s hot outside and I need something cold!
@Bflynn,,,
Pinhook Bohemian is quite nice
balanced heat from the high proof and a nice spiceyness on the pallette drinking it neat
On the Rock,,,just enough heat and the little bit of H2O brings out the spiceyness Moe evenly
Its a limited release,,,,had to give it a go !
