That does look very nice. I was tempted by the Goose Island Bourbon County Stout that came into stock briefly, but I am still not at a point where I can motivate myself to pay £20 for a bottle of beer. :/ I'll post today's advent calendar beer once I get off work.

generally speaking, rye is replaced by wheat in the mash bill.

Finishing the last of the knob creek rye, the four roses died over the weekend, I still have the vodka in the freezer but I may have to make a trip to the whiskey store soon.

Maybe I will look for that ill tempered gnome while I'm at it!

I like Knob's rye, good stuff! Four Roses too. I have been keeping 2 or 3 Four Roses on hand just like I do Buffalo Trace in the event of shut downs or supply interruptions. They're my affordable faves.

I have heard Buffalo Trace is good stuff, but need to grab a bottle and try it. Four Roses is so smooth it's dangerous.

I am having homemade Glögg (Gluhwein / Mulled Wine) tonight. The second attempt is not as nice as the first recipe I tried, but still beats the pre-made stuff you can buy in the shops here in the UK!

Swug love the fever tree! Now I want a G&T!

Hanging out TX this week...currently drinking a beer from CO. LOL
The local HEB didn’t have their usual big selection of dark beers...and I was feeling too lazy to drive to a couple liquor stores...
So this is what I got...
          Not bad at all.
