You do that Troutman. I love cooking on mine - real old school bbq with real wood.

Here is an entire bowl of Carolina Reapers that I picked form my garden. I think this qualifies to be in here!

That might be a good call, but the tree might go up in flames. Although, these will find their way into some chili for sure. Troutman

      Prequel to #456, above

I gotta find a better way to compress my videos; uploadin em straight to YT Greatly affects alla my hard work, even to th point of pixelization, which is non-existant in my original mp4s...any suggestions, from frequent posters to YT?

Do you use any video editing software? What 'puter are you on, Win or Mac? (I' guessing not any of the *nix flavors).

I post a lot from my iPhone, even in slow motion. I usually edit the videos for length first in Photos. There have been some quirks lately with portrait versus landscape, but it should work fine. Also, they made a change where it is easier to post direct to YouTube from the iMovie App, instead of my Photos App, so I use that now. I post as Unlisted and HD.

        Awesome Bones!!!

Here's a much better photo of the fire in my kettle with the Santa Maria accessory. Taken with a Nikon D750 and a macro lens. I've shrunk it a bit for the forum, but the original high-res is awesome.
