Wings done on Kettle/Vortex. These have Frank's Hot Wing Sauce. A side is my recently made, what I've termed reverse jalaepeno poppers. It all the ingredients I would stuff into a Popper. Shallot, pepperoni and jalaepeno along with 8 oz of cream cheese. Solids chopped mode and then cheese added and use smoothie mode on Ninja food processor. In pyrex and jalaepeno layered. In the oven at 350 roughly 30 minutes or when edges brown and bubble. So you can say the heat was on with this meal.

Was going to put this in “Show Us Your Breakfasts” but then I saw this thread and since this is half leftovers…
Went to Texas Roadhouse with the fam the other night. I over indulged on the fried onion blossom, so half of a loaded baked potato and half a NY strip came home with me.
Today those found their way in the CI skillet with a couple slices of bacon and a few over medium eggs!

Yesterday pasmom and I oven roasted a turkey because her DIL is due with her first child any day now. Best part of turkey is the cold leftover turkey sandwich with Duke's mayo that I'm having for breakfast this morning.
Today, we are going to DIL's parents' home for the family Thanksgiving Dinner and the Cowboys game. All depends on the baby watch. DIL goes to the hospital on Sunday for sure.
