      I had 4 chops frozen in a pack and was cooking for 2. There's actually still 1 chop left I'll eat in some way for lunch.

    Virtually any day of the week lunch is leftovers. I'll snap a few pics.

                The neighbor made a spinach and artichoke dip when she came over to watch the Superbowl. It was good and they left us some in a bowl for later.

                You know its funny, I was just finishing a leftover for lunch and thought what a clever post showing leftovers would make. Low and behold you beat me to the punch Attjack .

                So a week ago I made some killer enchiladas verde al carbon and found one little lonely leftover one way in the back of the fridge. What a great lunch it made. Here's the before all hot and bubbly....
