      I had 4 chops frozen in a pack and was cooking for 2. There's actually still 1 chop left I'll eat in some way for lunch.

                You know its funny, I was just finishing a leftover for lunch and thought what a clever post showing leftovers would make. Low and behold you beat me to the punch Attjack .

                So a week ago I made some killer enchiladas verde al carbon and found one little lonely leftover one way in the back of the fridge. What a great lunch it made. Here's the before all hot and bubbly....
