    Just another bowl of chilibeans... this batch came out incredibly well with smoked chuck, some sirloin, and RG vaquero beans. Yum!

      HotSun "Chilibeans" is what my Texas foodie pal Jenni said I should call it, to appease Texas chili purists. Seems to have met with at least grudging acceptance here from the Texans, so I'm going with it

      SmokingPat No worries - meat was chunked up leftover smoked chuck roast and some SVQ sirloin ends left from slicing. Not a fan of ground meat chili, honestly... I like it chunk intensive.

    1 more 1/2 rack after these. I need to cook a brisket!

      Spare ribs and flap cook on the 4th.

      Leftover veggie mix (onion, peppers, mushrooms, corn) and diced up flap meat added to cheddar and spinach for this morning omelette. Add a side of toast and some fruit to start the day!

        This is my deviled egg salad. Delicious lunch yesterday.

          Breakfast leftover, pulled pork scramble, smashed roasted potatoes, toasted English Muffin, and cantaloupe not pictured.
          The pulled pork scramble was really tasty, 9/10. Frist time and will do again.

            So, the last of the PBJ'ed chicken. Leg and wing. Just on reheat in the Ninja oven. I made a garlic, parmigiana butter sauce for dipping. I see this for chicken, scallops, shrimp, lobster and crab. I have shrimp and packaged lobster and crab. It's in the near future. Maybe a steak for surf and turf. The weekend looks delicious.

              I mean….left over flap meat and bacon….why not tacos!!!!!!!

              this is what I told my wife was a carnivore taco! Meat and salsa is all that is needed!

                    Leftover charcoal grilled and reverse-seared tenderloin, with pickled red onions, and jalapeños from our pepper patch. Some of the best tacos I have ever made, or eaten anywhere!
