Maple Old Fashioned
2.5 oz of your favorite bourbon
2 TBS water
1-2 TBS DARK (or VERY DARK - if you can find it) maple syrup*
4-6 drops bitters
stir until all is well blended
pour over ice
enjoy!
*Never, ever use fake maple syrup - on pancakes, in sauces, drinks, bacon, or anywhere else. The stuff should be illegal. If you need some, please reach out!
