Our new favorite is...
the liquor stores were shut down until very recently and the liquor cabinet was reduced to a bottle of coconut rum. I had leftover pineapple juice from a recipe. Together they are 😋

DreamOn We call that a Paul-a-colada. Mostly bc my buddy Paul drinks them at the hunting lease. He gets made fun of, but they ARE delicious.

Malibu makes a version in a small can. It is a favorite of She Who Would Like To Be Obeyed.

For what it's worth - Evan Williams {white label} Bottled in Bond 100 proof is my go to, mixer friendly, value bourbon.

But it also tastes good with just ice cubes.
