Another experiment tonight. Leftover pork chops that were cubed, onions, peppers, mushrooms, sauce made from chicken broth with tomato paste, butter, and flour. Topped with a little parmesan and parsley. Served over homemade egg noodles.

      Nice experience. Looks great.

I'm placing this here. I didn't cook it and I think I posted about these before. My purpose is to encourage all who have a access to Trader Joe's and are willing to go there, get these. Of course you need to like Mac and Cheese, who doesn't? Other than allergies I can't find a good reason to not. Mac and Cheese Bites. Less than 20 minutes in the oven. Yes, I bit into one.

Well really just the leftover Tri-tip.

Combined with leftover rice to become lazy steak fried rice. Lazy because I didnt even bother to chop up an onion, some garlic or any other veggies.

Steak, rice, an egg and some soy/dark soy/sesame oil/pinch of MSG. A delicious 10 minute dinner.

Good transition to stir fry. I would eat it.

A couple of days ago I did ribs on the Kettle with SnS. Last night I did a McRib sandwich with Bush Homestyle Beans. I has a bit of extra ribs that wouldn't fit on the sandwich. So I put them in the beans. While eating, I thought with still leftovers ribs how about ribs and beans? So tonight I heated up the ribs and KC Sauce. Then added the beans. When done I topped with sliced onion and pickled jalaepeno. A side was the bread, toasted Baggett with butter. I'd say a delicious success.

Love homemade CBH! That's good eatin right there.

A little left over pastrami from Sunday. This was a point, and much better than the flat I mistakenly sliced the other night. I made a grilled pastrami and Swiss sammy and it was mighty tasty. Store bought potato salad and coleslaw filled the rest of the little plate.

It was much redder than what shows in this photo - closer to what you can see in the second photo.

My mouth is watering. Those fresh jalapenos (along with everything else) must have great with the PP.

Nice looking plate my friend. Watch out Richard Chrz.

Oh. Ugh. You're right, my mind didn't even go there, mercifully.

          K.

To follow-up on the bird done on the PBJ. I pulled all off the carcass and chopped it. Tonight I took a portion of that and mixed with Mayonnaise and Sriracha. Placed on a toasted ciabatta roll with Dortios. I have a couple of additional portions. I'll come up with something tasty.

The local grocery store calls it a Corned Beef Flat Round. It's a less expensive, leaner cut of meat but it worked out well for the Pastrami

Tonight I pulled a 5 oz. slice of smoked top round (roast beef). I cut it up along with a couple of Jalapeños. Boiled some noodles, then I put it together. I added KC Sauce, T.J's Hatch Pepper flakes and butter. In the oven at 400 for 15 minutes, the last 2, I sprinkled some parm cheese. I had a dinner roll and a nice pinot gris. All and all to not bad.
