From a small boutique winery north of Port Dover on Lake Erie’s north shore
Get a hint of blueberry, if you like dry reds this ones for you.
For me the dryer a red the better.

I'm thinking your right, its only available at the winery and a few local LCBO's.
          But, you could always ask.....

Gotta love Stone double IPA’s, especially after I’ve been on call for a week!

That looks good. I’ll have to try that. I’m drinking Buoy Beer Co. IPA out of Astoria, Oregon. Great IPA IMO. Cheers!

Here’s today’s victim. Another really dry red.
From another newer boutique winery in that area.
Used to be tobacco country but with the demise of smoking have switched to vineyards

Not drinking this right now, but tried it last night. My oh my, needs something to tame it a little. Had never seen it before, picked it up in NC last week. Maybe a good candidate for barrel aging.

I would assume by the name it is an image bourbon. Maybe use interchangeably with vodka recipes.

              Black walnut old fashioned

              1) muddle a demerara sugar cube in 1-2 dash of bitters
              2) swirl 0.25oz black walnut liqueur (photo attached) around the glass
              3) add ice
              4) add 2oz rye and stir to chill
              5) lemon peel (or orange/cherry/both)

Well, two things...first, you can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning. ;-)

And second, as a plaque I own states: "If you have to ask if it's too early to drink, you're an amateur and we can't be friends." LOL
