Finally friday..

Several drinks are in the docket here in cold Iowa. Beer of course, since I am a homebrewer - my choices presently are a Spotted Cow clone I always have on tap and a nut brown ale from Christmas. Other favs this time of year, gluwein, and brandy old fashioneds. Scotch on a very cold night.

My bourbon/whisky cabinet is getting kind of low so had to make a trip to the liquor store. Got some bourbons that I haven't tried before and one, the Blantons, that I've only heard about and never saw in a store before.
