Rump roast for lunch, its the same way i ate it the night i cooked it except we had roast carrots and basmati rice then. Enjoyed with coarse salt and A1. I have no before pics
No "before" pix, but we had some Simon and Garfunkel chicken leftover from the weekend. We shredded it up, added some home made pickled cabbage, chopped onions and Peri Peri sauce. They made really tasty, if unconventional, tacos.
Leftover pulled pork mixed with mustard,Mayo, Aleppo pepper hot sauce, chopped pickles red cabbage sauerkraut, and arugula, stuffed into freshly made popovers.
Smoked then seared picanha, had about half the piece left so heated it through using the sous vide, steamed some broccoli, and split a honkin' baked tater. Yum! SV to reheat smoked meat is the BOMB.
Grabbed some pulled pork from last July out of the freezer for lunch. I'm always amazed how well pulled pork freezes and reheats. Anyway, I ran out of pickle slices out of a jar of my wife's home made pickles. There were some onion slices left in the jar so I filled in where there weren't any pickle slices. Suddenly, my sandwich was smiling at me!
