If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

I was pointing someone earlier this week to other threads about stuff, and reread some of Bonesy's posts. I sure miss that distant cousin of mine (we speculated about that, as I know a branch of my Morris clan left Tennessee for Oklahoma and parts out west back in the 1800's).

I’d forgotten the “Corn, Daddy?” Story. I went back to it, and it couldn’t be any funnier. He was such a great storyteller. I do miss his always-on-point stories and comments. A gentle soul.
