Welp, i guess I really didn't think things through when I pulled a Click chuck roast out of the freezer. Oh well, I doubt Bonesy would mind. I mean, it's from a cow, so there were bones involved somewhere, just not tomorrow.
Guess I'll have to make a big ol' mess o' beans to make up for it.
Took the boys outta the freezer this afternoon already for tomorrow just have to trim them up, then a mustard slather and dry rub.
Weathers supposed to crap out over night and rain tomorrow.
I’m smoking rain or not, found my old golf umbrella, a stake and duct tape so all in.
