Retired, living in Western Mass. Enjoy music, cooking and my family.
Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
Love it! Thanks for thinking of it. I have a rack of St. Louis cut in the freezer. I'll dial up some type of beef cut too. I'm all in.

The snow has finally melted off my deck so I can get the Hasty Bake pulled away from the house for safe cooking. And I was just looking at some nice beef ribs in my freezer a few days ago. I'm in.
While I'm at it, I might as well make some side dishes to further honor His Bones-ness. Can anyone suggest sides he mentioned as his particular favorites?

I’d still like each bottle to be in the $25 to $30 dollar range. I figure it doesn’t go bad (I know once it’s opened it does diminish in taste after aLast edited by Bruceski44; March 6, 2022, 06:13 PM.
